The Solution
The ideation phase of the Smoke Alarms Property Management App project aimed to explore solutions that would drastically improve the way Property Managers interact with smoke alarm technicians and streamline the entire property management process. The goal was to provide a comprehensive solution that enabled property managers to access property information, update property records, add new jobs, download invoices and service reports, as well as communicate directly with smoke alarms. This initiative aimed to streamline operations and improve overall service quality.
The Result
The collaboration between Smoke Alarms and Spritely resulted in the successful development and deployment of the Smoke Alarms Property Management App. The app provides Property Managers with a powerful tool to manage smoke alarm technicians on the move, enabling them to access property information, schedule jobs, download essential documents, and communicate directly with smoke alarms. The integration with the web admin panel provided centralised control and monitoring, enhancing overall operational efficiency.
