The Problem
Coinstash approached Spritely App Agency with an existing dashboard lacking an intuitive user experience and responsiveness across different devices and screen sizes. This shortcoming hindered user accessibility and engagement, potentially leading to customer attrition to competitors boasting more user-friendly interfaces.
The Solution
The design process began with an exploration of user behaviours and preferences through competitor research, this laid the foundation for the design direction. A responsive design strategy and design system came together that would work across all devices and ensure a uniform user experience throughout. The challenge remained user-centric, designing intuitive interfaces aiming to streamline cryptocurrency trading processes while maintaining an attractive visual appeal. This was achieved through the development of interactive prototypes for testing user interactions and continuous refinement of the design’s effectiveness.
The Result
