Overview

UI/UX design that reduces friction and raises the quality bar.

Users do not forgive confusing products. They leave. Our UI/UX design service turns complex requirements into clear journeys, coherent visual systems and interfaces that feel calm under real-world use. We design for mobile apps, websites and custom software with the same standard: every screen should earn its place.

We start with people and jobs-to-be-done, not decoration. Workshops, research synthesis, information architecture and prototyping help us find the simplest path to value. Then we craft UI that expresses your brand without sacrificing usability or accessibility.

When engineering is in-house with us, design handoff is seamless. When we design for your team, you receive systems, specs and prototypes that developers can implement with confidence.

Talk through your brief

  • User research and journey mapping that de-risks build

  • Prototypes you can test before writing production code

  • Visual systems that scale across product surfaces

  • Accessibility considered as a default, not a retrofit

  • Design that engineers can actually implement cleanly

What we provide

Design capabilities

End-to-end product design, from discovery artefacts to a living design system.

  • UX research & strategy

Interviews, competitor reviews and journey maps that ground decisions in evidence instead of opinions.

  • Information architecture

Clear structure for complex products: navigation, content hierarchy and task flows that stay coherent as you grow.

  • Wireframes & prototypes

Low and high-fidelity prototypes for stakeholder alignment and usability testing before expensive engineering.

  • UI design & visual systems

Distinctive interface craft with typography, colour, spacing and components that feel intentional on every screen.

  • Design systems

Reusable tokens and components so product teams ship faster without reinventing patterns each sprint.

  • Design QA with engineering

We stay involved through build, reviewing implementation so the shipped product matches the design intent.

Our approach

Our UI/UX design process

A structured path from problem framing to a design system ready for engineering.

  1. 01

    Understand

Stakeholder workshops, user insights and constraints. We define success metrics and the problems worth solving first.

  2. 02

    Explore

Flows, wireframes and alternative directions. We pressure-test structure before polishing visuals.

  3. 03

    Refine

High-fidelity UI, interaction detail and prototype validation. Feedback loops keep the design honest.

  4. 04

    Systemise & support

Component libraries, documentation and design QA through development, so quality survives the handoff.

Who it's for

Products we design for

UI/UX design for teams who need interfaces that work as hard as the business behind them.

Mobile products

App flows that feel native, reduce cognitive load and support retention through clear hierarchy and motion.

SaaS & web apps

Dense tools made approachable: dashboards, settings and multi-step workflows that stay learnable.

Marketing experiences

Sites and landing journeys where brand expression and conversion share the same design system.

Internal software

Operator-facing tools designed for speed and accuracy, with fewer clicks, clearer states and less training burden.

Why Spritely

Why choose Spritely for UI/UX design

We design like builders. Every screen is considered against how it will be engineered, measured and maintained.

Product-minded designers

We optimise for outcomes like activation, conversion and task completion, not just visual novelty.

Systems, not one-offs

Scalable design systems mean your product stays consistent as features multiply.

Close to engineering

In-house collaboration (or tight partner handoff) keeps designs realistic and beautifully implemented.

Accessible by default

Contrast, focus, semantics and inclusive patterns are part of the craft, not a checklist at the end.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about ui/ux design

Still deciding on scope or stack? Get in touch →

What is included in a UI/UX design engagement?

Typical engagements include discovery, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, interactive prototypes and a component library. Scope is tailored. Some projects need deep research; others need a focused redesign of critical journeys.

Do you only design, or do you also build?

Both. Many clients hire us for end-to-end product delivery. Others bring us in for UI/UX design while their engineering team implements. Either model works because we design with implementation in mind.

How long does a UI/UX design project take?

A focused product design phase often runs 4–8 weeks. Larger platforms or full design systems take longer. We stage work so stakeholders see progress and can make decisions early.

Can you redesign an existing product?

Yes. Redesigns are a large part of our work: improving confusing flows, modernising UI and creating systems that support faster iteration without throwing away what already works.

Do you create design systems?

Yes. We build practical design systems: foundations, components, usage guidance and patterns that product teams can extend. The goal is speed and consistency, not a museum of unused components.

What tools do you use for UI/UX design?

We primarily work in Figma for UI, prototyping and design systems, with supporting research and documentation as needed. We adapt to your team’s workflow when collaborating with internal designers.

How do you handle stakeholder feedback?

Structured reviews at clear milestones, decision logs and prototypes that make trade-offs visible. We facilitate alignment so feedback improves the product instead of endless pixel debates.
